Our team work together closely and make a significant contribution to ensuring that we meet teaching standards and that the college operates compliantly and effeciently to ensure our students enjoy their studies and achieve their eduacational aspirations.
We select and recruit tutors who can apply their relevant expertise to each course and facilitate the most effective course delivery. A number of our tutors have a long history with the college and have been an integral part of the college for a number of years.

Principal & IQA
Mr Mir founded Anglo Skills College in 2010 and has 24 years experience in education and training.
Mr Mir maintains in the Internal Quality Assurer and Quality nominee with our Awarding Bodies and is also accountable for maintaining teaching, learning and assessements as the Internal Verifier. Mr Mir overseas the daily operations and compliance of the college, ensuring that students are meeting their learning objectives and applies his wealth of expertise in a number of areas including performance management, implementing the college plan, pathways, running both the college and a local charity and working as a School Governor at a infant and Primary School since 2006 to date. Principal Mir is self-motivated, enthusiastic with drive to educate and help as many students as well as the community as he can.
Director of Studies
I have extensive experience in education for over 20 years, ranging from ESOL, Primary, Secondary, to Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). I additonaly tutor ESOL, IELTS, vocational studies including childcare and teacher training. I am also a Vocational Assessor, Dyslexia Practitioner and Diploma level 7 (DELTA) qualified. I am responsible for the delivery and assessment of Level 3 Childcare and Teaching Assistant Courses. I hold Counselling Level 5 Qualification and the Safeguarding officer for Anglo Skills College. I am responsible for the smooth running of the ESOL and vocational departments and I am easily approachable to help students and staff.

As a director I work with the college management to maintain the standard, renew policies and procedures according to circumstances. Share information and ideas which are beneficial for college progression and development. As a student welfare officer I have positive relations with students, I try to resolve their problems to make their study run smoothly in college environment. I recieve continuous feedback about teaching and classroom environment. I help students whose first language is not english, supporting students with different ethnic background is important aspect of Anglo Skills College.
Hamza joined the team this year alongside studies at Nottingham Trent University. His roles within the organisation include managing the website, marketing, managing the social media pages and any administrative duties that require completing, securing funding for courses SEEDS runs, managing the ongoing projects.
